The Arenal Maleku developer , Tree Four Five S.A. is a Canadian controlled corporation headed by Zen Moisey P. Eng with many years of business experience in Canada and has owned and operated a business for the past 20 years in San Jose, Costa Rica. Zen has put together an international team of engineers, architects and other professionals with extensive knowledge in construction and land development.
All Costa Rican mandated studies such as Biological, Socioeconomics, Soils and Environmental are completed and on record with SETENA and INVU, the Costa Rica development authorities. The development team is committed to ensuring that the project is built to the highest North American Standard.
Arenal Maleku recognizes the need to protect and enhance the environment and ecological systems of the area. The development will include a modern wastewater treatment system which is designed to prevent any effluent from leaving the property. It is also the first condo development in Costa Rica to reduce light pollution by 90%.
Huge green and water zones, tree corridors, old growth forest and underground utilities will allow Howler and White Face monkey troupes to cross the property as in days of old.
